Grace Rivera

Grace Rivera came to Corcoran with impressive success working for the award-winning Millennium Partners development company. Her fast rise from concierge of their first Lincoln Square building to prominence in sales and management is a testament to the exceptional service and results she consistently delivers. Grace opened several West Side residences, plus worked at the sales offices of the Three Lincoln Square buildings and at 28 East 70th Street, a condominium with 11 full-floor luxury residences. She then became sales office manager for the Millennium Sales Center at 66th Street, where she oversaw contracts and negotiations for the Ritz-Battery Park Residences and ultimately finished sales in the building.

When Grace transitioned to Millennium Tower Residences in Battery Park City, she met Jessica Weitzman, her longtime partner. Together this talented team helped sell out the 234-unit building in its pre-construction phase, before the first closing took place! They later facilitated the closings of all sold units, and were retained by owners to rent or resell their apartments. Since joining Corcoran, Grace and Jessica have become an even more powerful force in real estate. The team is ranked as Corcoran’s Top Brokers in Battery Park City, the Top Team of All Brokers in Battery Park City, and a Leading Team Overall in Lower Manhattan, making them sought-after market experts. Their exemplary knowledge and results have also led to coveted awards including Corcoran’s 2014 Silver Council, Multi-Million-Dollar Club, Sales Agent of the Month, Rental Agent of the Month among others.

Grace and Jessica serve each client with utmost honesty, integrity and professionalism. A lifelong NYC resident, Grace resides and owns in the very same building in Harlem where she grew up! In between, she's enjoyed the experience of living in nearly every Manhattan neighborhood from uptown to downtown. Married to a veteran resident manager in real estate with whom she shares two grown daughters, Grace always been intrigued with the property market. Outside of work, she is an avid reader, movie-goer, and enthusiast of the arts.
