Julie Friedman

Julie knows her market: She knows exactly which properties best match her buyers and makes these associations quickly. With a successful history of thousands of sales transactions, Julie's knowledge of real estate facilitates expeditious and smooth closings. This, coupled with her sharp insight and savvy assessment skills, helps deliver the finest available in real estate services. With keen insight, communication skills and determination, Julie earned a Ph.D. in social welfare. She applies these qualities to understanding client needs and negotiations, making for smooth transactions. Julie also holds an MS from Columbia University. Julie spends hours chairing projects at her three sons' school, she serves on the Board of Directors, and also volunteers at a hospice and does pro-bono Motherloss grief counseling. Her husband Alan is an avid cyclist, and together with their children they spend time rooting on the New York Mets and the New York Jets.
