Noel Berk

Noel Berk’s real estate career consists of land development, representing buyers and sellers of major office buildings in Manhattan, management of the entire Saks Fifth Avenue portfolio throughout the entire United States and marketing commercial real estate assets in excess of $2 billion before transitioning into residential real estate sales 15 years ago. Noel has an MBA in executive management. She is a member of the Real Estate Board of NY’s Sales Broker Committee. Noel serves on the board of the 15 Central Park West Condominium and is also an active member of the Central Park Conservancy.
