Prior to his real estate career, Paul worked in architecture, urban design, and city planning in Boston and New York, and he spent several years working as a consultant for the World Bank in Washington, DC. A long-time New Yorker, Paul holds three Masters Degrees in Architecture, City Planning, and History from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (M.I.T.) and Johns Hopkins University, as well as an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University.

A true, multi-faceted New Yorker, Paul recently earned an additional degree in music studying for seven years in the evenings first at Juilliard and finishing at Berklee College of Music. He has also been involved in theater production as a co-producer and investor in 18 Broadway shows and has completed more than 165 full MARATHONS worldwide, including in all 50 U.S. States, 7 Continents, and 96 Countries.
