I have a vast knowledge of each and every building in New York City, including their requirements, amenities, and the surrounding neighborhood. I am an expert in co-ops and have developed a keen ability to be able to review people's finances and assess whether or not they would be a good fit for that specific building. I have also become a specialist in the process of 1031 Exchanges which require a specific set of understanding and nuance. I compile board packages with ease and always to the best advantage of the buyer. This wealth of knowledge also aids when I am representing the listing, as I will never just "bring buyers".

My goal is never merely quantity, it is always quality. I have over time accumulated an archive to aid our customers in every aspect of the transaction from movers to painters and have your every need taken care of.
