With an innate instinct of where to go next, she pivoted to real estate after buying her first apartment in 2004 before the industry became rebranded through the glamorous lens of hit TV shows. She was hired by AJ Clarke Real Estate where she handled the rental portfolio for the company before joining The Corcoran Group as a solo agent. Her experience with A-list clients gave her a particular niche piquing the interest of top luxury agent, Raphael DeNiro who offered an opportunity she could not pass up. She went to Douglas Elliman in 2008 where she served as the Director of Operations for The De Niro Team. After a 16+ year run, and over $1 billion in sales under her belt, including time spent as a solo agent where she ranked #35 in New York in RealTrends Verified, she joined Compass to form MM&Co. | The Maggie Marshall Team.
