Suzanne Stern came to New York as a professional dancer. Because of her love of space and her vision of its potential, she branched out into the world of real estate first as an investor and developer in the emerging Flatiron area. Suzanne began her real estate career working for large companies. She realized early on that she could best serve her clients by providing them with personalized attention. She then decided to start Flat Iron Real Estate, specializing in the sale and leasing of residential co-operatives and condominium loft properties. She receives great gratification in understanding her clients' needs and working with them from start to finish, ensuring the best results in the sale of their properties.

Although known as the real estate specialist of the Flatiron District, the Gramercy and Chelsea areas, having sold in almost every major building Downtown, Suzanne Stern has extensive experience in all the Manhattan neighborhoods, such as the East and West Village, SoHo, NoHo, Tribeca, the Upper West and East Side, and the Lower East Side. In addition, she was the exclusive representative in the D'Agostino conversion in the West Village as well as the exclusive agent for a major land developer.
