After 8 years of “boots on the ground” in residential sales and new developments, Karen returns to leadership, where she continues to excel in mentoring and guiding agents to deliver exceptional customer service. Karen's perceptive understanding of agents' needs and preferences has been a cornerstone of her enduring success in the industry.

As a testament to her commitment to the industry, Karen is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). She has contributed her expertise to various REBNY committees, including the Deal of the Year committee, the Ethics Committee, and the Downtown Committee, where she played a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships among industry firms. After 3 decades as a long-time resident of the Upper West Side, Karen has lived in Harlem for the past 15 years, where she is a homeowner in a neighborhood she loves for its diverse restaurants, lively jazz joints, and vibrant culture.

Beyond her real estate endeavors, Karen is an actress and a certified practitioner and teacher of Yoga and meditation with over 800 hours of training. She is known for maintaining grace under pressure as she calmly guides agents through the twists and turns of the sales process. "Having a clear mind is the key to a successful closing," she likes to say.
