Kellie Madden

Kellie Madden has been a proud resident of the Harlem community since 1988. Her community advocacy is diverse; where she has been a local business owner, a member of several local associations; such as the 125th Business Improvement District, the Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone planning committee, a board member of her buildings cooperative, as well as many other local community organizations. Ms. Madden began her real estate career in 2001 with Brownstones Direct NYC and later gained experience with RE/MAX Upscale Properties NYC. In 2005 Ms. Madden relocated to Detroit Michigan where she developed her investment career, and honed skills such as property staging. Upon returning to New York City in 2008, Ms. Madden renewed her Real Estate license and in 2013 acquired her Independent Brokers license. Ms. Madden believes in people first, opportunities second, then money. This philosophy has resulted in numerous referrals and repeated business.
