James Attard is an Associate Broker working for Tabak Real Estate since early 2005. A current resident of Tribeca, James was born and raised in the Meatpacking District and also lived in the East Village. James has been featured in The Real Deal, HGTV as well as The New York Times “On the Market”, the New York Daily News “The Closer” and also quoted in the New York Post “Price Points”.

A Pace University Graduate, where he majored in Business Economics, James has used his knowledge of the market and attention to detail to assist a range of buyers, from the first time home buyers to the investors.

James has been involved in building management for the last fifteen years.
