Jeffrey Tabak is the principal of Tabak Is Tribeca, LLC.

June 1 2025 celebrates 44 Years Selling Real Estate in Tribeca, Lower Manhattan, and Brooklyn.

Jeff attended The George Washington University in Washington D.C. and then went on to graduate from Brooklyn Law School. He started the brokerage (1984) in his Brooklyn apartment, and has been running the company from Tribeca storefronts at 71 Hudson Street (1986), 51A Hudson St (1994) and 137 Reade Street. In 1998, Tabak is Tribeca LLC moved to 137 Reade Street, and has continued to be a presence in the Tribeca real estate market. Besides being involved with the Downtown Brokers Association, Jeff has also been quoted in The New York Times, and New York Magazine on many occasions, and more recently in The Washington Post and Bloomberg Financial News.He was also listed as one of Tribeca's most recognized brokers in New York Magazine's April 12, 1999 issue.
