Real estate was a career meant for top-producer Jason Kay from day one. Extremely driven, dedicated and accessible, Jason has worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from CEOs of major corporations seeking luxury accommodations to first-time homebuyers just beginning their real estate journey. While he lives and works on the Upper East Side, he covers all corners of Manhattan, and has sold properties in some of its most prestigious buildings including 15 Central Park West, The Plaza Private Residences, One Beacon Court, and The Residences at the Mandarin Oriental at Time Warner Center.

A native New Yorker, Jason graduated from American University with a degree in Marketing. Pursuing his innate entrepreneurial spirit, he founded and ran his own thriving credit card marketing company for many years. Outside of work, his favorite pastimes are following the stock and real estate markets. Jason himself has owned several residences and investment properties, which rounds out his vast knowledge and eye for value.
