Jason Kay

Jason Kay is a top-producing Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker at The Corcoran Group, based at Corcoran’s headquarters at 590 Madison Avenue. Over more than two decades with the firm, he has represented buyers, sellers, and landlords in transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars, earning recognition among Corcoran’s top producers, including membership in the President’s Council.

His business spans Manhattan and select Brooklyn neighborhoods, with experience across a wide range of property types—from luxury condos and co-ops in many of the city’s premier full-service buildings, and several of its most recognized addresses, to single-family and multi-family townhouses. He has completed hundreds of sales and rentals and brings deep first-hand familiarity with his own building, where he has sold over seventy residences—an added advantage when that specific market is relevant, within a broader track record built throughout New York City.

A native New Yorker, he earned a Marketing degree from American University. Outside of brokerage, he is an active equity and real estate investor and enjoys discussing markets, value, and long-term strategy with clients who share that interest.
