Mindy Diane Feldman is an award-winning broker with Halstead Property, LLC. Her practice serves three principal client segments: buyers and sellers of personal residences, individual investors and investor groups; and residential developers, primarily in New York City.

Mindy joined the firm in 2002 and was first inducted into its prestigious Producer's Council in 2003 and Gold Circle in 2004. She is also a lifetime member of the firm's Diamond Club, which recognizes partners who have closed at least one individual transaction in excess of $10.0M. In 2004, she was also nominated for the Real Estate Board of New York's Most Promising Rookie the Year. She is also a Real Estate Board of New York board-certified New York Residential Specialist, and is 1 of  300 brokers (among 50,000 licensees) to hold that advanced credential in New York City.

Mindy regularly teaches and trains for her firm in areas ranging from business development to customer centricity and loyalty to social media strategy. She also serves on the Education Committee of the Real Estate Board of New York, where she most recently has been hailed for her presentations and trainings on advising foreign investors and foreign real estate investment in NYC/US. Mindy also regularly delivers seminars and workshops for buyers and investors, appears on industry panels, and has been a frequent resource for media such as BrickUnderground, AM New York, The Real Deal, and the "Real Estate Section" of the New York Times.

Prior to establishing her practice, Mindy was an investment banker, fund manager and investment strategist specializing in emerging economies and emerging markets for almost fifteen years. During her career, she covered and worked in more than fifty countries on six continents. She held responsibilities ranging from business development and marketing, to capital raising and new product development, and was a highly-published analyst and strategist and frequent panelist and keynote speaker at industry conferences and meetings.

Before entering the financial services sector, Mindy held positions in public relations and marketing with a major international not-for-profit and in public broadcasting. She also founder of successful consulting firm offering marketing and planning services for private and public sector clients.

Mindy is a graduate of Abbot Academy (Phillips Academy) in Andover, Massachusetts, and received her B.A. and M.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, and her M.B.A. from The Wharton School. During her graduate studies, she was an Honorary Fellow of the Joseph H. Lauder Institute of Management and International Studies, a fellow of the U.S. Department of Education, and a Teaching Assistant in the Department of Marketing.

Mindy is trilingual in English, Portuguese and Spanish, fluent in French, and has a working knowledge of Italian. She has also studied Farsi, German and Russian.
