Julius Liu

Mr. Liu is currently a licensed broker at NY NY Condo, Inc., a family owned and operated full?service real estate services firm based in New York City. He focuses on residential and commercial sales, rentals, and property management. The company primarily services the Midtown, Central Park South, Central Park West areas of Manhattan, managing units in the Time Warner Center (25 Columbus Circle), Trump Tower (721 Fifth Avenue), Trump Parc (106 Central Park South), Metropolitan Tower (146 West 57th Street), William Beaver House (15 William Street), and various other properties. Since joining NY NY Condo in 2006, Mr. Liu has been directly involved in approximately $100 million USD of residential sales transactions. Prior to joining NY NY Condo, Mr. Liu worked at IBM Corporation, Lotus Software Brand and prior to IBM’s acquisition, Lotus Development Corporation, for 13 years, beginning in 1993. With both regional and global responsibilities, Mr. Liu held prominent senior management, technical evangelism and sales positions throughout his tenure at IBM. Mr. Liu received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Hospitality Management, from Boston University.
