Most recently Martine represented the seller of a landmarked 24-foot townhouse located on one of the most coveted blocks of the Upper East Side. Her marketing skills contributed to finding a buyer for this property within only three months. This transaction earned her the rank of Top Residential Agent in the Real Deal March 2012 issue and a place in the NRT top sales associates for the first quarter of 2012.
