Beverley Rouse

Beverley Rouse believes that finding a home for someone is a privilege and should be treated as such, as it's often the most important investment in people's lives. Over the past 28 years selling real estate in Manhattan, Beverley has conducted her business with this philosophy, and treated clients with the utmost respect and attention they deserve.

Beverley began her real estate career in London working on an award-winning development in the dockland area of the city. She naturally segued into selling real estate in Manhattan, and has since been consistently ranked in the Top 1% in the country. Her success has come from listening to her clients' needs, and forming strong relationships based on loyalty and trust. "In my book, being straightforward and honest are tantamount to building good relationships."

Over the past two and a half decades, Beverley has successfully sold properties in all parts of New York City.  Each seller, buyer, landlord or renter gets her utmost attention from the first day the property goes on the market until the closing. Her outstanding service, professionalism and results make Beverley a sought-after agent among a discerning Manhattan clientele.

Living in Soho on the West Village border, she absolutely loves her neighborhood. Beverley knows all her neighbors, is familiar with the staff in every store on her street, and is actively involved in her community. She serves as Vice President of her Co-op Board; plus she attends local community board meetings, volunteers on the High Line, and belongs to the Film Forum, Hudson Union Society and Greenwich Village Preservation Society. Beverley is also an avid photographer and runner. Other favorite activities include Jivamukti Yoga, taking her dog Luca to Washington Square Dog Park, and frequenting the local restaurants around her. "I consider myself very lucky," she says, which is why Beverly works so hard to make her clients as contented as she is with their home they find together.
