Basil Ashmore

Following more than a decade as a licensed agent, Basil sought to improve on the typical service offered by traditional real estate brokers in Manhattan and set up this technologically-advanced, boutique brokerage in early 2005. A native of Ireland, Basil completed his engineering degree at the prestigious Trinity College, Dublin prior to becoming a Chartered Accountant (Irish CPA) and working in over 30 countries worldwide. He now applies this broad experience to fairly matching buyers and sellers in the exciting, multi-cultural environment that is New York City - his adopted home. Basil's real estate experience includes all aspects of condominium conversion in addition to purchasing and selling both residential and investment properties. He has owned numerous condos and coops and served as president of his coop board. The proud father of one daughter and an accomplished Ironman triathlete, he feels at home anywhere in Manhattan and in particular UWS. His financial expertise, engineering background and knowledge of the New York real estate market together with his extremely personable nature leave all Basil's clients coming back for more.
