Scotty Elyanow is a licensed associate broker for Compass in Manhattan. Specializing all over the downtown Manhattan, SoHo, Chelsea, Midtown, Uptown, Greenwich Village and West Village(long time resident) markets, and many parts of Brooklyn(being a former resident) Scotty is a broker who knows the market well, treats every client with respect and decency, and is known for working late into the evenings and all weekend long. Its no wonder that Scotty has built his business strictly through referrals while many of his clientele come from his former worlds of acting, film, and music. He listens closely to the needs of his clients and sellers and is patient with the buyers as he realizes it a stressful and difficult process to buy a home. Additionally, Scotty likes to maintain an upbeat, humorous persona when approaching real estate here in Manhattan and Brooklyn because he says "its impossible not to laugh when you go through this crazy process or renting, buying or selling a home. There are stories about every city block" A Greenwich Village resident, Scotty is also an active year round volunteer with inner city kids and teens, community member, local park board member, and traveler.
