Joe Shany

I am the founder of Shany Landmarks - a Real Estate boutique firm in which specializes in investment properties, sales and leasing Co-Ops and condominium units.   I served in the Israeli army for 3 years, and received my Bachelors degree in Business (Summa Cum Laude) in Israel thereafter.   Prior and during school, I worked at a full-time position in sales and service sales (relocation housing as of 1999). I have never had any student loans to pay off, and paid my full tuition entirely on my own through hard work and dedication. I am a father of 3 children, and reside on the UES of Manhattan.   I began working as an agent in 2006, and by 2009 formed my own firm, in which was a very challenging year. I succeeded to help several property owners get back on track, and managed to collect high rents, as well as sold condo units to decrease the financial burden they were faced with. I was able to achieve what I promised, in a conservative matter, while getting the job done fortuitously.   My firm has acquired several clients sustainably, from missions to UN law firm corporations that love working with my team and I, as I have a small team and low overhead.   I am looking forward to help owners in which comprehends that real estate is a must have commodity, and is able to recognize the long term potential associated.
