Evelyn Albino has twenty-one years of professional real estate experience selling fine properties in New York City. Her in-depth knowledge of Manhattan's Upper East and Upper West Sides neighborhoods includes extensive details regarding many co-ops and condos throughout the City, including their building and apartment amenities, recent building improvements, and application requirements. Representing both buyers and sellers all over town, Evelyn has an impeccable knowledge of the current real estate market. Board Certified as a New York Resident Specialist by the Real Estate Board of New York, Evelyn believes ethics, cooperation and education are her most important attributes as a successful professional in this highly competitive industry. Prior to coming to Brown Harris Stevens, Evelyn was an administrative partner in a boutique real estate company in the City. It was there she learned the business aspects of the industry inside and out and mastered the art of selling, maintaining the position of the firm's top salesperson. Now that she has been with Brown Harris Stevens for over ten years she is thrilled to be focusing primarily on her first love - selling!

Evelyn earned a BFA from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, graduating with highest honors in 1986. Her background in Theatre and the Arts, as well as her paralegal experience, paved the way for her real estate career. Married to a retired New York City firefighter and having raised three sons, Evelyn truly has the best of both worlds.
