Felicia De Chabris

Felicia De Chabris has been with Halstead for twenty one years and has consistently been a member of the 'Producers Council and Platinum Circle', a select group of leading brokers. In addition to her commendable track record representing individual buyers and sellers, she has worked as the Sales Director on many large, successful developments in Manhattan. With a degree in Interior Design, Felicia brings a discerning eye to all of her projects. She gladly shares her creative approach by staging properties for her clients, increasing their value and curb appeal. Repeatedly Felicia has been praised by buyers and sellers for her warmth and integrity. Sensitive to all factors involved in the purchase of a home or investment, she ensures that each individual transaction is completed smoothly and pleasantly. In addition, as a certified property manager she represents a number of international investors in their Manhattan purchases. Prior to working in real estate, Felicia started her career as an Interior Designer. However, after moving to New York she became an accomplished ceramic artist and started a business. Her work sold to a variety of commercial clients and museum stores including Barneys, Henri Bendel, The Guggenheim Museum Shop, and numerous others. She also exhibited her work in New York City as well as national and international galleries. Having lived in a number of countries growing up, today Felicia considers New York home. With a keen interest in art, architecture and design she has personally bought and gut renovated four of her own properties and actively participated on co-op boards, block associations as well as local community organizations. She currently lives in a lovely landmark townhouse on one of Harlem's most unique, historic blocks and where she has raised her two children.
