Caroline Grane is a Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Nest Seekers International where she specializes in representing condos, coops, townhouses, new developments, and entire buildings. She has extensive experience in residential real estate with more than eight years of experience and sales that reach an excess of one Billion. She played an integral role in establishing her previous company’s international division, having conducted business throughout Asia, Europe and North and South America. Caroline’s clients appreciate her honest and practical opinions, vast knowledge of current offerings, ability to analyze market trends, and her advice on pricing, marketing and negotiation strategies. Caroline enjoys helping clients make solid investments as well as finding beautiful homes.
 
Caroline has extensive experience in the New Development arena and expertise that include pre-development planning, consulting, creative marketing, developing the design/layout of units, and the actual sales of the property. Incorporating her knowledge and experience, Caroline had a hand in creating and selling some of Manhattan’s most high-end properties, including 141 Fifth Avenue, 27 West 19th Street, 55 Wall Street, The Cipriani Club Residence, and The William Beaver House by Andre Balazs. Caroline is well-versed in every aspect of the development and sales processes and continues to interact with her clients and properties accurately, professionally, and with the highest level of business ethics. These qualities made Caroline rise to the top in her field. Prior to joining Nest Seekers, Caroline worked for a top New Development specialist at one of New York’s largest firms, and then decided to join to reap all the advantages a boutique firm offers.
