Kyle Karker

Kyle Karker has achieved great success building real estate companies and servicing his

clients. In his near decade of experience in the business, he achieved fast success as an

agent helping hundreds of clients find new homes, plus aided in the launch and expansion of

several offices for various NYC brokerage firms.

Kyle's passion for and knowledge of the business, coupled with his proven track record in

sales, retail leasing and rentals, ultimately led him to co-found Team Gotham and head

up one of New York City's most innovative, forward-thinking brokerage firms as CEO. The

extreme dedication, seasoned expertise and winning team spirit he has always exhibited

in his career have resulted in a new vision and direction at Team Gotham, where Kyle is

responsible for managing the company, recruiting its talent and carrying out its unique

branding/marketing vision.

Originally from upstate New York, Kyle lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan and

previously in Hell's Kitchen. He started working in real estate during summers while in

school and never looked back. Outside of work, his diverse interests and talents include

playing tennis and golf (Kyle is a former Division 1 golfer), strumming guitar and playing

bass (he also toured internationally with an orchestra), fly fishing and

the outdoors, and fluency in Spanish.
