He also sells buildings, investment properties, 1031 sales, and commercial offices and retail stores. He is also an expert in the Downtown artist-in-residence zoning law, having sold and leased in many A.I.R buildings. An avid swimmer, Ed supports The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society fundraising swims, as well as Swim Across America. Ed also enjoys practicing yoga and has been a Service Dog-in-Training Volunteer Handler for Project HEAL, working with specifically educated Service Dogs. Prior to his career in Real Estate, he was an award-winning professional photographer.
