After receiving her MBA at Tulane, Danica adopted New York City as her own entering commercial real estate and giving back to New York at the American Museum of Natural History. She built deep residential Coop expertise as board member and President of 257 Central Park West Inc., and on the board of 160 West 77th Street Owners Inc. Danica became an expert on what makes Board packages work. In the residential market, Danica built a practice bringing all elements of these experiences together into a unique package of New Orleans charm, strong financial discipline and Coop Board expertise. Danica knows how to bring sellers and qualified buyers together, and structure Board packages that boards will approve. Danica loves keeping up to date touring New York neighborhoods on Citi Bike or walking her two Samoyed sled dogs.
