Kinnaird Fox

Kinnaird Fox previously served as director of development at Fenwick Keats from 2012 to 2015, responsible for hiring new agents and overseeing their ongoing agent-training program. She also managed the firm’s special events and community initiatives. Prior to joining Fenwick Keats, Kinnaird served as director of townhouse sales at the boutique firm Wohlfarth & Associates, Inc. Before establishing her real estate career, she taught for eight years at the Center School, one of New York City’s most successful public middle schools. Kinnaird studied classical theater at the Goodman School of Drama in Chicago and spent a year studying Chinese at Peking University in Beijing while completing her bachelor of arts degree at Hunter College in New York. She earned a master’s degree in education at Fordham University in New York City.

A long-time Manhattan resident, she is a strong believer in service and has sat on several non-profit boards associated with education and housing. This past year she was a team ambassador for “Women Build” for Habitat for Humanity NYC, raising money and participating in their onsite build in Queens. She was a founding member of “Brokers Build” which the real estate community created for Habitat for Humanity NYC. She helped organize several successful Global Symposiums for the Manhattan Association of REALTORS® and also served on their Board of Directors while at Fenwick Keats. A longtime summer resident on Cape Cod, she was the 2009-2010 president of the Children’s School of Science Board in Woods Hole, Massachusetts and has for the past decade organized the annual Woods Hole Public Library children’s carnival and tag sale fundraiser led by local teens. Kinnaird is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
