Pat began her with Corcoran more than 25 years ago. Hired directly by Barbara Corcoran who thought her background was eminently qualified to further achieve her well-known reputation as an honest, savvy broker, and a problem solver with an affable demeanor. Pat generates an extraordinary record level of repeat and referred business. CEO, Pam Liebman, recently honored her for an unprecedented milestone achievement in the industry with well over 100 sales in a single building.

Pat has sold well over $400,000,000 of properties.

She is an active member of the National Association of Realtors REBNY, a longtime Certified Negotiator Expert (CNE), the prestigious Certified New York Residential Specialist (NYRS), the Chamber of Commerce, New York Art Deco Society, and formerly served on non-profit Boards. In addition, she was selected by the New York State Attorney General's office to represent some of their luxury property sales.  

Additional Background:

While attending her first year at Nebraska University, she visited New York during the Thanksgiving holidays.  Five months later, she found herself in Grand Central Station and never looked back. She started her career as an international In-Flight Purser with Pan American World Airways to see the world and transitioned as a labor negotiator in New York and Washington, DC. She resumed her education and graduated from New York University. Except for a four-year hiatus of sun and surf in Hawaii with Pan Am, she has lived in New York City her adult life. Before joining Corcoran, she also represented a group of real estate investors by successfully purchasing and redesigning rental properties in Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, and Texas.  Real Estate became her passion and a culmination of her skills. She lived in her wonderful Soho loft and later moved to the Upper Eastside not far from her beloved Central Park. Besides her passion for the 'Big Apple' and its history, Pat enjoys the arts, design, poetry, hiking, civic meetings, lobsters in Maine, cooking, and, above all, laughter and friends.
