 A true New Yorker and lover of its architecture, history, and culture, Eric is the CEO & Co-Founder of Modern Spaces, Eric co-founded the company as a boutique real estate brokerage and marketing firm, that strives on delivering service on a more intimate level. A passion for New York City and it's architecture is what first drew Eric to the real estate industry, after previewing the first Avalon building in Long Island City when it first opened in 2002,

Eric saw a lot of potential in Long Island City, in April of 2006 when Arris Lofts the first truly luxury building in Long Island City started selling, Eric sold 11 units in its first two days, falling in love with the building, he purchased one himself and now calls it home, less than a year later, He spearheaded the opening of the Nest Seekers office, and 18 months later, he decided to go on his own and founded Modern Spaces, with a beautiful gallery office located in the heart of Long Island City.

Aside from brokering Eric is an investor/developer currently co-developing a 40 unit condo building in Flushing Queens, as well as several other projects on the horizon, in addition he owns multiple condominium units that he flips. He has been noted for his sharp eye and ear for the market. Aside from finding people a new home, he is also skilled at dealing directly with Investors. With over $100 million dollars in sales, Eric's success is credited to his personal relationships with communities and clientele.
