Jenet Levy

As a native New Yorker and an agent with 10 years of experience, no one is better equipped to work with buyers and sellers of NYC real estate than Jenet Levy. She knows every nook and cranny of this city! She has represented many dozens of very satisfied past clients as their listing agent or buyer's agent.

With an MSW from Columbia University and successful prior careers in social work and human resources, Jenet recognizes the inherent stress that can be involved in a transaction as significant as the buying or selling of a home, and dissipates it with her ability to take each client through each step with patience and understanding. Jenet is a skilled negotiator and a creative problem-solver. She navigates through any roadblocks that come up, and sees each buyer or seller through to the closing table and often beyond.

Tenacity is present in every aspect of Jenet’s life. She is a distance runner who has completed 7 marathons (6 NYC and one Philly) and has cycled through Spain, Belgium, Holland, Costa Rica, The Czech Republic, Germany and Austria. She is a gourmet cook and baker, a patchwork quilt artist, and has a passion for architecture and design.
