When it comes to real estate, Gina never says no to her clients and customers. She works in every neighborhood in Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn too, in any price range or property type, from rentals to sales of co-ops, condos and townhouses. One day, a rental client turned Gina into a commercial broker when he sent her to find a specific property, and she came back with exactly what he wanted. Since then, Gina has also incorporated commercial real estate into her portfolio of services. She additionally specializes in corporate housing, working with relocating executives seeking temporary or permanent homes in NYC.

Originally from Wayne, NJ, Gina graduated from Penn State University with a BA in Theater Arts. Shes recently taken classes in Green Buildings and Green Design at NYU. Prior to real estate, Gina was a stage manager before spending years in restaurant management. Her passion for real estate is complemented by desire to give back. Gina supports various charitable groups including City-Meals-On-Wheels and various animal welfare causes; plus she belongs to Big Brother Big Sister. Gina is also a big supporter of the arts, and a member of the Screen Actors Guild.
