Mable Ivory

Mable Ivory has sold New York real estate for 20 years, closing more than 220 sales and over $78 million in volume across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Westchester County. The New York Times, the New York Post and Homes.com have quoted her as a neighborhood and market expert.

Mable knows the process from the client's side. She bought her first home in Harlem at 26 as a first-time buyer and has since been a co-op owner, seller, investor and landlord. She listens for what each client wants, then builds a clear plan to get them there.

Before real estate, Mable spent a decade in marketing and media at Time Inc. and ESSENCE. Her writing has appeared on The Huffington Post, EBONY.com and ESSENCE.com. She is board president of her cooperative at 860 Grand Concourse, where she led the building's first property tax protest and its switch to solar power. She is also a former board member of SHARE: Self-Help for Women with Breast or Ovarian Cancer.
