Erin Boisson Aries has an impeccable eye for luxury. Over 20 years, she has guided private clients and prestige developers in buying, renting, selling, and creating the world’s most exceptional homes. Known for her discretion, advocacy, and ingenuity, Erin is as creative as she is analytical. 

Leading her team at Douglas Elliman, Erin’s $2.5 billion in sales represent an unusual breadth of expertise – from personally selling out the Ritz-Carlton Residences New York, NoMad to advising clients on acquiring Swiss villas and London trophy assets. 

As the global expert in luxury branded residences, she is pioneering modern pied-a-terre living with ultra-curated, hotel residences for long stays. Erin brought Latin America’s premiere hospitality brand to New York City with Fasano Fifth Avenue, a private club and residential hotel designed by the late Thierry Despont that her team exclusively represents. In 2023, she opened a second such concept, The Collection’s Maison Hudson in the West Village, with 8 homes from architect Thomas Juul-Hansen that are reserved monthly. Erin is also overseeing global sales for Fasano Las Piedras in Punta del Este and The Reserve at Mayakoba in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.

Erin is often activated at a project’s infancy for site selection and is engaged in every stage thereafter, from project conceptualization to design to branding to sellout. Her portfolio includes Foster + Partners 551 West 21st Street and Neil Dinari’s HL23.

The Wall Street Journal, Hollywood Reporter and Variety rank Erin among the country’s elite agents. She founded the residential brokerage at Christie’s, uniting the rarified worlds of art and real estate, before joining Douglas Elliman and becoming the firm’s top-ranked boutique team in New York and second in the country.

Erin is fluent in French and Italian. She lives in Greenwich Village, where she raised her two children.
