Carlos Saavedra is a Brooklyn-based real estate developer and founder of ECKSTRØM, a design-focused development studio dedicated to the careful restoration and reinvention of historic New York buildings.

Working primarily in Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, and select Manhattan neighborhoods, Carlos leads the complete lifecycle of each project — acquisition, capitalization, architectural direction, and market positioning. With more than 25 years in New York real estate, Carlos developed a nuanced understanding of market behavior, capital structure, and timing.
