In 2011, he founded Park Property Advisors, a boutique real estate brokerage dedicated exclusively to serve the real estate needs of his close-knit network of clients.

Prior to entering real estate, Carlos had a prominent career in music. An accomplished classical guitarist originally from Lima, Peru, he made his professional debut as a soloist at age 15 with the National Symphony Orchestra and went on to win several national competitions. He later earned his Bachelor and Graduate degrees from Indiana University’s prestigious School of Music, and became one of the youngest teachers on staff. Carlos’ love of music and artistic energy fuel his ability to think outside of the box and find creative solutions. A Brooklyn resident, he lives in Brooklyn Heights with his wife, two sons and French Bulldog, Bodhi .
