I can find the perfect SoHo Loft comparable in the Upper West Side to rent OR in the East 70s with complete Rivers Views to buy; the quintessential investment property that can be rented out immediately and then be used by a family member in the next season; relocate prewar grandeur clients to a spectacular Hudson Heights viewed-beauty; steady a seller who becomes happily homeless for a scant two hours during one very exciting day from the Selling of one apartment to the purchase of the next. As a real estate professional since 1999, a "Native New Yorker" since 1974, I have found this city ripe for discovery. I have ventured to each part one at a time. Motivated by a background of a journalist father and school teacher mother whose penchant was georgraphy, I left my Mid-west hometown named Halstead, Kansas with a dream to live in this big city. As a parent, and empathic by nature, I am sensitive to the faimly unit and necessities for living. Life is a complex ongoing development of all parts a little bit every day: physical, mental, spiritual, emotional. Somehow it all needs to fit into a space you can call home!

The Big Apple has been very good to me professionally, in my careers ranging from twenty-one years of advertising in the fields of type, print, signage, digital photos and monument graphic art, to my active reputation as a dance-skater for over 30 years plus my secret passion for Argentine Tango and some performaces with the school of Dragan Ranitovic at YSBD or Club 412.

With my double-major in Theatre and Communications (KSU), studies at Lee Strasbourg, with Mickey Rich in West Hollywood, and coaching by Gabe Dell, plus an active SAG/AFTRA card, even so, my favorite acting is just living everyday life in this dramatic real estate business.
