Hanifa-Anne Scully

With decades of experience in real estate, broker Hanifa Scully brings elite sales skills, financial savvy and a keen eye for design to every transaction. She's always focused on optimizing each client's return on investment, and her flawless service skills have made her a consistent top producer.

Hanifa specializes in assisting sellers, and investors. Prior to real estate, Hanifa worked all over Europe as a currency and bond trader/salesperson, which means clients benefit not only from her financial acumen, but also from her international outlook.

Having resided in seven countries, she has an effortless ability to adapt, and understands other cultures, that are supported by her in-depth language studies at the Sorbonne Paris, and Nanterre University. She speaks English, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian fluently. Originally from Paris, Hanifa has been living in New York for decades and was one of the pioneer of Long Island City after purchasing at the Arris Lofts in 2007 and has lived for 13 years. Even after moving out, she continues representing buyers and sellers. She is now sharing her time between New York, and Florida where she started buying several properties for herself and also represents some foreign buyers eager to take advantage of the hot Florida market.

In addition Hanifa have developed a passion for International properties and have currently sold apartments in Portugal and has currently a listing in South of France.. During her free time Hanifa is disciplined and will not miss a regular Pilates classes and won’t miss every year the Design Furniture show in Milan.
