Jaarmel Sloane

Jaar-mel Sloane has a unique combination of business, legal and financial skills that have contributed to her over 30 years of unparalleled success in the Residential Real Estate business. An honors graduate of Cornell University (Arts and Sciences 1975) and Georgetown Law School (J.D. 1978), she practiced law and quickly moved through a succession of large firms as the leading broker in each, and established Sloane Square in 1996 to cater to the unique and special needs of her client base, built on personal referrals and recommendations from others. She is in every sense the real estate equivalent of an outstanding M & A financial or legal professional whose focus is on getting deals that clients want closed, with a minimum of distraction and needless red-tape, and at the right price. She is frequently asked by brokers in other firms to provide an independent evaluation of the reasonableness of the offering or purchase price of a property, a testament to the high regard and reputation she holds in the Real Estate Brokerage community.
