Carolyn Cedar knows and loves Brooklyn. Carolyn is a life-long resident of Brooklyn: she grew up in Midwood and has spent much of her adult life living in Park Slope, Windsor Terrace and Kensington. As a homeowner residing on the Kensington/Windsor Terrace border and having worked in Park Slope for years, Carolyn has an insider’s knowledge of the Midwood, Ditmas Park, Kensington, Windsor Terrace and Park Slope neighborhoods.

Carolyn is a marketing expert; she has a diverse marketing background. Prior to real estate, she worked in the advertising business for over 10 years, serving clients like The New York Times, AT&T and Verizon. Carolyn brings that marketing experience directly to the business of real estate – developing the most effective marketing strategy possible for her sellers – to ensure that sellers receive the highest price possible for their property.

A dedicated professional, Carolyn enjoys helping buyers find their dream home, and sellers find the best buyer for their property.

Carolyn holds a B.A. from SUNY Binghamton. She is community-minded, and is very involved in the PTA at her son’s school. She loves to spend time with her energetic young son Jacob, and her husband, Mark, biking, hiking and enjoying the great outdoors.
