Andrew has represented both buyers and sellers on the sale and resale market, managed portfolios of investment properties, engaged in both residential and commercial building sales and has assisted in various aspects of estate liquidation. Andrew’s keen awareness of a multitude of complex issues that impact real estate in NYC helps to put his clients in excellent hands.

Prior to entering the real estate business, Andrew enjoyed 12 years in the film industry. He produced over a dozen motion pictures in the United States and

Europe, and was responsible for managing and safeguarding the private equity investments and bank financing provided as backing for his films.

 This experience instilled a valuable understanding of total accountability and integrity that his real estate clients appreciate today.

Andrew was born and raised in the Cobble Hill/Brooklyn Heights section of

Brooklyn, and has spent the past 30 years residing in Manhattan. A third generation New Yorker, Andrew possesses an exceptional breadth of knowledge about the City's neighborhoods and has a nuanced understanding of many aspects of NYC environments that helps his clients to make well informed decisions regarding their real estate interests.
