David Wanamaker

Since 2003, David has handled hundreds of transactions for both buyers and sellers in the New York city residential market. As a long-time downtown resident, David believes strongly in having a comprehensive knowledge of the market and whether buying, selling or renting, is dedicated to providing that knowledge to his customers and clients. He has extensive experience with new development, especially in Lower Manhattan where he has handled the on-site marketing and sales of 56 Pine Street, 59 John Lofts and 88 Greenwich Street. David attended Berkshire School and is a graduate of Northeastern University.
