Valentina started her own business when she was 23 and bought her first 2 storefront commercial properties at the age of 25. Since then she has been investing in properties both in Europe and in New York City and has been helping many foreign investors and New York residents to buy properties in Manhattan. Valentina is a New York Real Estate Broker with experience in high end luxurious properties in Manhatan.

Valentina is also on the Board of Directors of the Coronet Condominium, New York, NY.

Valentina has been a founder and CEO of International Commercial Agents Ltd., Sofia, Bulgaria - an International joint-venture company with shareholders - Valentina Pencheva & ACG Ltd., Vienna, Austria, which was specialized in investment projects, import-export and distribution of goods from/to USA, France, Italy, England, Monaco, Switzerland, Austria, Germany, Belgium, Ireland and China. Some of its clients are AIG, Shell, Motorola, Sprint, MTV, Austrian Airlines, Toyota, Honda, Daewoo, American -Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce, Embassy of the USA, Embassy of Belgium, Embassy of Portugal, Bulgarian National TV, Council of Ministers, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Ecology, Sofia City Court, Bulgarian Trade Unions.

Valentina Pencheva has acted as a Senior Advisor to the Trade and Economic Relations Office of the Republic of Bulgaria in New York and has also developed a Broker Study Program in co-operation with Reuters and Sofia Commodity Exchange.

Ms. Pencheva is also a Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Pacom-P”, Sofia, Bulgaria - a company specialized in Computers, Network Solutions, Video Security Systems and Internet Providing (www.pacombg.com).

She holds a "Master of Finance" degree from “Neofit Rilski” University as well as a "Master of Tourism Management" degree from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, a "Certified Broker on Futures and Options" from De Paul University, and a degree in "Journalism" from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”.

Ms. Pencheva has specialized International Affairs at the European Community in Brussels, Belgium and Management of Employer's Organizations at the International Labor Office in Geneva, Switzerland.
