Ruth Kempinski

Rudy Kempinski brings many aspects of her current and previous career to Real Estate. Rudy is a strategic thinker, a fervent negotiator and one who goes above and beyond for her client real estate needs. In the last 22 years working in the Manhattan market Rudy has weathered varied market climates and has a continued and thriving business. Being a preferred Broker for both Columbia University as well as New York University she brings a wealth of experience. This experience has enabled her to become at ease in relocation, sizing up or down as well as providing great comfort to the first time buyer. Throughout the years, she has also developed a loyal international clientele from England, Italy, South Africa, Germany, Korea, Central America and South America. From buying and selling luxury and investment apartments her negotiating skills excel no matter which side of the transaction she represents. At ease selling condominiums, cooperatives, townhouses, and mixed-use buildings, Rudy navigates the city with perfect familiarity. Clients appreciate her emotional intelligence, integrity, service-orientation, dedication, and open channel of communication. Before her long career in Real Estate her previous career began in Europe where she attended The University of London and received a Joint Honours degree in English Literature and Theatre Arts. She began in Radio and eventually progressed into Network and Cable television. Putting people at ease during interviews, managing crews and shoots all around Manhattan and creating thoughtful and intelligent stories is quite telling in how she deals with clients and challenging transactions. After traveling to Haiti in 2011 to work with JPHRO founded by Sean Penn Rudy is a proud fundraiser for promoting education through this organization. With her 2 teenagers she founded Teens take on Haiti. She has taken her team of Urban activists out onto the streets of Manhattan to raise money and awareness to insure the forgotten not be forgotten. Rudy is the Vice President of the Board of New Yorkers Against Gun Violence as well as a member of the United Nations Foundation. Originally from Connecticut, she lived in London, England for seven years before calling New York City home for the last 22 years. She is a qualified Yoga instructor and loves tennis. Rudy knowledge of Manhattan Public and Private schools comes first hand due to her commitment and involvement in her children's education. She currently resides on the Upper West Side and is active member of the Real Estate Board of New York. The longer you live in New York the more you learn to love the community, arts and culture you are embedded in.
