A native of Dallas, Texas, he considers himself a tried and true New Yorker after moving here in 1999. After studying at the University of Texas in Austin and unexpectedly traveling the world as a model, his love of design, architecture, marketing, and working with people came together in his career in Manhattan residential real estate. In his spare time, Cartwright continues to add to his portfolio, most recently completing an art business program at NYU.

Cartwright has spent time living around the world in Paris and Tokyo, but for more than decade he has called Manhattan his home. He understands first-hand the allure of uptown living and the unique charm of those tree-lined neighborhoods below 14th Street having lived on Manhattan’s Upper West Side and in both the East Village and Greenwich Village.
