Louis Belisario

Lou Belisario's passion for real estate runs deep, as he comes from a family with a long history in the industry. His grandfather, Lou Belisario, who he was named after was a renowned broker in Brooklyn from the late 1960s to the late 1990s. Growing up, Lou was immersed in the world of real estate, learning the ins and outs of the business from a young age.

While studying at St. Francis College, Lou wasted no time in pursuing his real estate license. He recognized that success in the industry required a combination of hard work and innate skill, and he was determined to excel in both. Within just three years, Lou earned his Associate Broker designation, an achievement that showcased his dedication and expertise in the field.

Throughout his career, Lou has been involved in over $1 billion worth of real estate transactions. This impressive track record is a testament to his ability to navigate complex deals and negotiate favorable outcomes for his clients. Lou's knowledge of the local market, combined with his innovative approach to real estate, has set him apart from his peers and established him as a leader in the industry.

In addition to his role as a broker, Lou has also excelled in sales management and mentorship. He has mentored countless agents and led multiple offices, honing his leadership skills and shaping the careers of aspiring real estate professionals. From 2006 to 2018, Lou served as the executive director of sales at Fillmore Real Estate, overseeing four locations and guiding a team of agents to success.

In 2020, Lou joined forces with Joe Cruz to form the Belisario Cruz Team at Compass. Together, they closed over $500 million in transactions across Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Queens, solidifying their reputation as a powerhouse team in the New York City real estate market. They were most recently named the #1 Mega team in Brooklyn by Real Trends.

Today, Lou's leadership, responsiveness, and negotiation skills are integral to the success of Revived Residential. As the co-founder and leader of this boutique brokerage, Lou is setting a new standard for local expertise and modern real estate innovation. Off the clock, Lou remains true to his Brooklyn roots. He is proud to be born and raised in Marine Park and that is where the Revived Residential Flagship location is positioned. He currently resides in Neponsit on the Rockaway Peninsula with his wife Carla and their two children, Louis and Alessia.
