This firsthand experience living throughout Manhattan has given him an unusually broad understanding of the city's neighborhoods, buildings, transportation, restaurants, culture, and constantly evolving real estate market. He has also developed extensive knowledge of Brooklyn, with a particular affinity for deals across Brownstone Brooklyn, including Williamsburg, Park Slope, Carroll Gardens, and Brooklyn Heights.

Jason's international perspective is another important part of his real estate practice. Born and raised in West Hartford, Connecticut, he graduated from Tufts University with degrees in Archaeology and Economics. For over twenty summers, he has worked in Tuscany as Assistant Director of the Poggio Civitate Archaeological Project, an Etruscan archaeological excavation in Murlo, Italy. His years in Italy developed a lasting connection to Italian culture, travel, food, wine, and language, in which he is proficient. That experience has also helped him build relationships with international and European clients who value his understanding of European lifestyles combined with his intimate knowledge of New York City.
