Lisa Downing

Born and raised in Harlem where she currently resides and having attended the Brearley School on the Upper East Side, Lisa Downing has enjoyed experiencing the unique diversity inherent in her hometown of Manhattan. Her family’s 20 year involvement with real estate, coupled with her deep passion for people, dedication to personal service and extensive background in urban neighborhood research locally and nationally, led to a natural transition marketing and selling real estate in New York City. Lisa started her real estate career working with a local broker exclusively on townhomes. She later transitioned to Warburg Realty Partnership where she worked on an array of residential and commercial assignments including new developments and coop conversions. Prior to her foray in the Real Estate business, Lisa worked with Senior Executives at American Express facilitating and designing leadership solutions to ensure executive’s business success. It is through careful research, intensive listening to her discerning clients and her own personal leadership, Lisa was able to understand the needs of her clients and secure sound solutions. As a successful broker, Lisa has an innate flair for working well with others. She also has extensive market knowledge of NYC and its emerging markets, talent for securing the right property for the right buyer and sensitivity to process.
