Geovanna Lim

Ms. Lim is Founder and President of Park Avenue International Partners, Inc. also known as PAIP, a privately held real estate investment, development and management firm headquartered in New York City. As President, Ms. Lim is responsible for directing PAIP’s activity in identification, evaluation, risk management and fulfillment of all new investments in New York City with a particular focus on extending and cultivating a clientele that represents an assemblage of Asian real-estate investors. Ms. Lim has specialized in townhouses, penthouses and condominium spaces for the past 18 years and her encyclopedic knowledge of the Manhattan real estate market is a unique benefit to sellers as well as buyers. She shares her unique view of New York City landscape and environment targeting foreign Asian investors who value stable, sustainable and budding investment opportunities. Prior to the establishment of Park Avenue International Partners, Ms. Lim managed a progressive healthcare organization and a trade association in New York City. Ms. Lim, a native Chinese-Filipino is a graduate of The New School for Social Research.
