Ilsa Vasquez has enjoyed a rewarding real estate career that’s spanned nearly two decades. She began working for a developer in Florida, but after two years continued on in the business in New York City where she’s remained since. Handling rentals and sales brokerage, and representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants is her expertise.

Ilsa sells both in Brooklyn and Manhattan, and has lived in both vibrant boroughs. She called the Financial District home before buying a home in Brooklyn Heights where she and her family reside. Originally from Miami, Florida, Ilsa studied Accounting at Florida International University. She spent over 10 years working as an accountant, most recently for a large logistics company, prior to entering real estate in 2003. Ilsa prides herself on being accurate, accountable, and able to assist clients in seeing the financial considerations of owning property. She speaks fluent Spanish, and cherishes family time.
