With more than 15 years in Manhattan real estate and for the past 8 years teamed with Alan Krevis - The Russo/Krevis Team -, Frank often draws on his previous career experience in commercial banking as well as years of co-op and condo board memberships. “Understanding a client’s financial position in light of today’s banking environment as well as co-op/condo board standards is critical to a successful sale or purchase.” As a former banker, he can’t help but to study the numbers in every transaction; which is just one important reason his clients enjoy successful closings.Frank’s commitment to the industry is evidenced by his participation through REBNY in developing the “NYRS” (New York Residential Specialist), a 26-hour continuing education course available only to highly seasoned Associate Brokers. Together with the other founders of the NYRS program, Frank (currently Co-Chair of NYRS) was honored at the 2009 REBNY Deal of the Year Gala for their unwavering commitment to strengthening and enhancing the education of real estate agents.

Frank did undergraduate study at Fordham University and graduate business education at NYU. Chairing the Board of a large, non-profit social service organization - Ridgewood Bushwick Senior Citizens Council - which services the greater Northern Brooklyn community, is Frank's way of giving back to his roots.
