Peter Modica

Peter has lived in Brooklyn for over seventy years; he is intimately familiar with Bedford-Stuyvesant, Bergen Beach, Mill Basin and Old Mill Basin, Georgetown, and Canarsie. Being involved in many community activities, in his youth, has given Peter a thorough understanding of human nature, as well as the ability to communicate and negotiate.

Combine these traits with a degree from the Pratt Institute's School of Art & Design, marketing experience as a Creative Director, and managerial experience, and you get an agent who has the marketing and negotiating skills to make any deal happen! Peter's positive attitude, dedication to complete satisfaction, and thorough knowledge of the field are just some of the reasons he has recently been promoted to the position of Co-Manager at our first office, 2280 Flatbush Avenue.

In his spare time, Peter does volunteer work, helps out friends, and spends quality time with his family. He also owns a spice company.
